is the software (known as a course management system)
used to deliver STEP e-Courses. All course communications and content
take place "in Concourse Vista." Becoming familiar and
comfortable with "how it works" is required in order for
participants to reap the most benefit and enjoyment from their e-Course.
While many find its use intuitive and natural, in this section we
provide an introduction to some of its features by including a way
to preview a STEP e-Course to help you better understand how these
courses work. Registered participants awaiting the start of their
e-Course should ensure they familiarize themselves as much as possible
with this section prior to their course start date.
See
our Computer Requirements page
for details.
Technical support is provided for Concourse, and there are help files
within the system itself. For assistance, please call STEP toll-free
at 1-866-425-7837(STEP), e-mail us at stepnd@nd.edu,
or submit an online STEP
Problem Report. STEP's normal operating hours are from 8:00 a.m.
- 4:00 p.m. EST (we do not observe Daylight Savings Time) Monday through
Friday.
