How
to install the VNC Remote Support Tool on a Windows machine:
-
Click HERE to download
the VNC Remote Support Tool for Windows.

Click SAVE and save the file to the Desktop.
-
Locate the VNC installer icon on the Desktop, then double-click
the icon to start the installation.
-
Click RUN. (If running Windows Vista, click Continue.)
- Click Yes
when asked if you wish to install VNC...
-
VNC will install. Click OK when you receive confirmation that
it is installed.
How
to run the VNC Remote Support Tool:

Click Start.
-
With the mouse, point to All Programs > Real VNC > VNC
Server 4 (User-Mode).

Click Run VNC Server.

In the dialog box that appears, click Keep Blocking.
Note: The VNC
Server icon ( ) is located in the System Tray (right corner of screen).
When
the icon has a white background, it means you are connected to
the VNC server. When it has a black background, it means you are
connected to another computer.
How
to connect to a computer for support:
-
Locate the VNC Server icon in the System Tray.

Right-click on the VNC Server icon.
-
Click Add New Client.
-
In the Viewer field, type the IP address of the computer you
are connecting to.

Click OK.
How to disconnect from VNC:
-
Right-click on the VNC icon in the System Tray, located in the
lower right corner of the screen.

Click Close VNC.
